Job summary

Northmarq in Nashville is seeking an experienced Investment Sales Analyst to support the Multifamily Investment Sales team. The role centers on underwriting income-producing assets and analyzing operating statements, leases, and market data to inform investment decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of full-time CRE Analyst experience with financial analysis.
Prior Multifamily CRE underwriting experience is required.
Four-year college degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or business.
Strong knowledge of finance terms and underwriting principles (DCF, IRR, NPV, etc.).
Ability to analyze multifamily assets across multiple markets.
Resourceful, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to work extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

Underwrite income-producing assets using Excel, reviewing statements and market data.
Review and interpret real estate documents and agreements.
Identify value-add opportunities and develop property evaluations.
Create property evaluations and sensitivity analyses.
Develop narratives to showcase investment opportunities to industry professionals.
Present analysis results to producers with varying financial acumen.
Plan, schedule, and prioritize workload across multiple offices/producers.
