Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Multifamily Estimator to join a fast-growing, nationwide General Contractor. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with travel, bonus incentives, and strong potential for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed budgets and proposals for multifamily construction projects.

• Present bids to CEO for review and manage follow-up and closing with clients.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and project managers to ensure clear understanding of project scope.

• Draft change orders and assist with monthly invoicing tasks.

• Manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Travel to job sites as needed (we are licensed in 30+ states).

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE: Strong background in multifamily estimating (required).

• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.

Work Schedule
