Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years in construction with at least two years of supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with multi-family construction procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of field construction.
• Manage safety and ensure quality standards.
• Schedule subcontractor work and co-create schedules with the Superintendent.
• Conduct weekly safety and production meetings.
