Job summary

ETC Companies, LLC is seeking an Estimator with experience in large-scale multifamily construction to lead estimating and budget development for rehabs and renovations. You will prepare unit quantity estimates, solicit vendors, review plans, negotiate pricing, and manage monthly draw requests while building a cost database and assisting the Senior Project Manager with bid packages.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and develop project budgets for large multifamily rehabs/renovations.
• Solicit vendors and subcontractors for proposals (RFPs).
• Review plans to clarify scope and compare pricing.
• Negotiate subcontractor agreements and change orders.
• Prepare monthly construction draw requests.
• Develop and maintain historical cost databases.
• Create contractor bid packages with Senior PM.
• Assist in pricing, quantity takeoffs, and value engineering.
• Conduct unit cost analysis and cost database development.
