Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Regular exposure to outside weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of project activities to meet schedule.
• Communicate project needs to management and subcontractors.
• Monitor project safety and enforce company policies.
• Prepare for subcontractor meetings.
• Inspect project site daily for progress and compliance.
