Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive multifamily property-management experience.
• Experience managing Class A or elevated urban residential communities preferred.
• Strong leadership, occupancy, and financial-performance track record.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Fair Housing knowledge and strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day property operations, including resident relations, maintenance, and vendor management.
• Drive occupancy, renewals, and revenue performance while ensuring high resident satisfaction.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets with timely reporting.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and performance management of onsite team.
• Maintain leases, rent rolls, and property information in Yardi and related systems.
