Continental Properties is looking for a Multifamily Centralized Sales Associate to join our team.

As the Multifamily Centralized Sales Associate, you play a vital role in supporting Continental communities to achieve their leasing metrics and secure leases by creating excitement for future residents to tour our communities while providing superior customer service. Responsibilities will focus on uncovering prospect needs to find the perfect apartment, while providing a unique and personalized experience to each.

This position can work remotely within our Florida market with periodic visits to our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI, as well as the communities that you support.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with prospective residents via phone, emails, and text messaging.
  • Share the features, benefits, amenities, and pricing of the community with prospective residents.
  • Leverage outbound sales skills to create new appointments for the communities.
  • Use the customer relationship management (CRM) application to track interactions with prospective residents.
Skills for Success:
  • Two or more years of apartment leasing experience preferred, with strong sales skills and exceptional customer service.
