D.R. Horton, Inc. is looking for a Multifamily-Assistant Superintendent to support the delivery of multifamily communities on schedule and with quality. The candidate will assist in managing project activities, monitor site conditions, and enforce safety policies.

This role requires a high school diploma, a vehicle, and a minimum of 1 year of construction experience. D.R. Horton offers an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a stock purchase plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Regular exposure to outside weather conditions and moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of project activities to meet objectives.
• Communicate project needs to management and subcontractors.
• Monitor project safety and enforce safety policies.
• Prepare for and participate in subcontractor meetings.
• Inspect project by walking the site daily.
• Conduct all business in a professional manner.
