Job summary

Arcan Capital, LLC, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, seeks a mid-level Asset Manager to oversee a multi-state multifamily portfolio across GA, AL, FL, SC, and NC from its Atlanta headquarters.

You will partner with property management and finance teams to drive revenue, manage budgets, analyze performance, and contribute to acquisitions and due diligence.

3–5 years of asset management or related real estate experience is preferred; travel to properties will be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of asset management or related real estate experience.
• Strong financial acumen with property-level P&Ls, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Monitor financial and operational performance of a portfolio of multifamily assets.
• Partner with property management to drive revenue, occupancy, and retention.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual asset performance reports and explanations.
• Support annual budgeting and capital expenditure planning.
• Conduct site visits and market surveys to assess conditions and trends.
• Assist with due diligence, underwriting support, and integration for acquisitions.
• Monitor loan covenants and insurance requirements with internal teams.
• Identify value-add opportunities and drive operational improvements.
• Present portfolio performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
