Job summary

Dominium Management Services is seeking a Summer 2027 Architecture Intern to join the Dallas Regional Office for a hands-on experience in architectural design, documentation, and project coordination. This on-site internship runs from early June to late August 2027 and includes exposure to multifamily development and rehabilitation projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field, or recently graduated.
• Foundational knowledge of architectural design, building systems, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to prepare and revise architectural drawings and models under supervision.
• Strong problem-solving, math reasoning, and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication and collaboration with team members.
• Organize work, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines with guidance.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and willingness to learn new tools.
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and SketchUp preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production drawings and construction documents for multifamily projects.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials for reviews.
• Incorporate markups and revisions into architectural documents under staff direction.
• Evaluate technical and design solutions related to building systems and materials.
• Research products and systems to support design decisions and sustainable design.
• Support construction administration activities and document organization.
• Maintain organized project files, drawings, and records; provide admin support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for project coordination.
