Job summary

Dominium Inc. is seeking a full-time Architecture Intern for the Dallas Regional Office. The internship runs January 7, 2027, to May 21, 2027, on-site.

You will support the Architecture Team with multifamily housing projects, assist with drawings, models, and design materials, and gain hands-on experience in documentation and project coordination. Qualifications include pursuing a Bachelor’s in Architecture (or recent graduate), proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and strong communication and

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field, or recently graduated within 12 months.
• Foundational knowledge of architectural design principles, building systems, materials, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to prepare and revise architectural drawings and models under supervision.
• Strong problem-solving, mathematical reasoning, and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication and teamwork.
• Organize work and meet deadlines with guidance from staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and revision of production drawings and construction documents.
• Create 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials for design review.
• Incorporate markups and revisions into documents as directed.
• Research building products and systems to support design decisions.
• Support construction administration activities and document organization.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate projects.
• Maintain organized project files and records.
• Attend to routine duties and project tasks as assigned.
