TMA is seeking an Architect / Architectural Designer to join our integrated team of architects, interior designers, and planning professionals in Minneapolis. The candidate should hold a Master of Architecture or B.Arch and have 5–8 years of architectural experience, with a strong background in multi-family residential design.

Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam is required, with strengths in Photoshop, InDesign, and Lumion.

Qualifications

• Master of Architecture or B.Arch degree.
• Registered Architect or on track for registration.
• 5–8 years of architectural experience with strong multi-family residential design background.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with growth and leadership interest.
• Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam; strengths in Photoshop, InDesign and Lumion.
• Solid understanding of building codes and construction systems.
• Experience with construction documentation and architectural detailing.
