AIA Austin is seeking a Multi-Family Project Manager/Architect to lead our growing multi-family team in Austin. You will manage projects from concept through construction administration, directing design intent, schedules, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional architectural experience with commercial leadership.
• Advanced Revit proficiency is required.
• Proven experience leading commercial architecture projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and detailing.
• Experience coordinating consultants and permitting processes.
• Licensure preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multi-family project delivery from concept through construction.
• Produce and review drawing sets in Revit including CDs, detailing, specs.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
• Coordinate consultants (MEP, structural, civil) for collaboration.
• Oversee permitting processes and code compliance.
• Participate in construction administration and design-build integration.
• Mentor team members and uphold production standards.
