The candidate brings 5+ years of design experience, licensure, and strong Revit skills, with potential to mentor junior colleagues and collaborate across disciplines to deliver thoughtful, high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture is required.
• Licensed Architect status is required.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing project tasks or components.
• Experience in site planning and zoning analysis.
• Proficiency with Revit is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative architectural design concepts for a variety of client projects.
• Prepare presentation graphics and documentation using Revit for schematic concepts, design development, and construction documentation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand design needs and develop architectural solutions.
• Assist with master planning, site planning, building planning, and related documentation.
• Produce 2D and 3D models and digital presentations to support design concepts.
• Perform design computations, prepare specifications, and compile data for architectural assignments.
• Assist with construction administration, including reviewing shop drawings, maintaining submittal logs, responding to RFIs, and issuing change directives.
• Prepare finished material boards and graphic presentation packages for client approval.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines and external consultants.
• Conduct zoning reviews and research building codes to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of learning and collaboration
