The position requires a Master of Divinity or equivalent and experience in higher education religious life; leadership, crisis response, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master of Divinity or equivalent required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in higher education religious and spiritual life settings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage programs, mentoring and crisis response.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral care and crisis response for students.
• Oversee Protestant worship and Catholic mass coordination.
• Coordinate interfaith and intercultural programs and retreats.
• Lead multifaith programming and campus religious life initiatives.
• Oversee department communications and budget responsibilities.
