Northrop Grumman Corp. in Rolling Meadows, IL seeks an internship in Systems Engineering within the MSTS Division.

You will create and refine Model Based System Engineering products, trace requirements, and update system drawings while evaluating complex electronics from design through aircraft installation. You'll execute integration tests in System Integration Labs, analyze data for algorithms, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced defense environment with security clearances and paid

Qualifications

A candidate must be enrolled full-time in Fall 2027 for an undergraduate or graduate program.
Majors include Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance are required.

Responsibilities

Create and refine Model Based System Engineering products.
Trace requirements to test plans, procedures, and results to track progress.
Update and maintain system drawings and documents.
Evaluate complex electronics from hardware/software design to aircraft installation.
Execute integration test activities in System Integration Labs (SILs).
Analyze and model data to support algorithm development and optimization.
