Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a technical expert to design and integrate complex computer systems in a datacenter environment. The role involves multiple domains, project scheduling, and working with third‑party software and networks to meet security and performance criteria.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent field and at least two years of system infrastructure design experience. Relocation assistance may be provided.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Requires two (2) years system infrastructure design and integration experience in comparable systems.
• Engineering degree or equivalent degree or equivalent work experience.
• Industry Certificates are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Designs and integrates computer system configurations in accordance with design criteria, security and performance objectives for defined systems.
• Implementations of system design within project schedule.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
• Perform complex intermediate to advanced functional tests of computer systems.
• Knowledge of third-party software requirements for GE core products and how to install and configure the required third-party software.
• Knowledge of network topology and configuration to comply with security standards.
• Knowledge of network equipment configuration for GE Vernova core products and third‑party software.
