Job summary

Redi Carpet Phoenix is seeking a General Warehouse Associate to operate material handling equipment and move inventory across multiple DC departments. You will participate in picking, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, and replenishment, ensuring accuracy and safety in daily tasks.

The role requires the ability to read packing lists, verify products, and work across different DC functions in a fast-paced environment in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Generally 2–5 years of experience in a distribution center.
• Prior experience in multiple departments in a DC.
• Ability to understand written material.

Responsibilities

• Use material handling equipment to locate and deliver products to designated areas.
• Assist with staging and loading orders into trucks for customer delivery.
• Verify quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors and DCs.
• Collect items for customer orders using packing list information and build/wrap pallets.
• Inspect stock items for wear/defects and notify management of inventory issues.
• Return misplaced products to proper storage areas.
• Maintain a clean working environment per safety policies.
• Perform inventory control functions as needed.
