Job summary

LiveOnNY Inc. seeks a Community Affairs Liaison for the Westchester/Hudson Valley area to support community engagement strategies under the Director, Community Affairs. You will be a frontline ambassador, building relationships and delivering culturally responsive programs to raise organ, eye, and tissue donation awareness.

Qualifications

• Education and experience in developing grassroots strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills a must.
• Master's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute grassroots engagement activities: presentations, health fairs, community events.
• Deliver culturally tailored educational programs to diverse communities.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with community leaders and advocacy groups.
• Represent LiveOnNY at community forums and events to reinforce messaging.
• Assist in coordinating outreach programs and events.
• Maintain records of activities, attendance, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure consistent delivery of outreach strategies.
• Provide field feedback to inform program improvements.
• May assist Family Engagement Coordinator and support donation conversations with families.
• Participate in continuous process improvement and perform other duties.
