Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work with MA licensure (LCSW/LICSW) and professional liability insurance.
• Minimum of 2 years of counseling or crisis intervention experience in community-based, culturally relevant mental health care.
• Experience in college mental health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential clinical care and crisis intervention.
• Maintain an active clinical caseload with short-term therapy.
• Conduct psychological assessments and refer to community providers as needed.
• Crisis intervention, planning, and post-discharge consultation to leadership.
• Accurate EMR documentation and participation in supervision.
