Knauf Insulation is seeking an experienced MultiCraft to keep our plant running safely and efficiently in California. You will install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical power distribution, PLCs, and control systems.

This role requires five years of maintenance experience in heavy industrial settings, a high school diploma or GED, and OSHA-licensing. We offer competitive benefits, overtime opportunities, and growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a heavy industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and coach teammates to follow safe work practices.
• Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical power distribution, motor controls, PLCs, and control systems.
• Read electrical schematics, P&IDs, and ladder logic to diagnose issues.
• Coordinate repairs and downtime with production leadership; requisition parts as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document work in logs; ensure a clean, organized work area.
