You will follow safety rules, wear PPE, and collaborate with teams to meet daily goals while improving equipment reliability. Hourly compensation ranges from $26 to $42, USD.

Qualifications

Demonstrated proficiency in maintenance technician functions verified by assessment.
Experience with PLC software, ability to write, modify and troubleshoot programs.
Proficiency in reading, writing and comprehending instructions in English.
Willingness to consistently wear PPE on the production floor.
Flexibility to perform additional duties within the role.

Responsibilities

Adhere to all safety rules and standards on the production floor.
Maintain and repair products to high quality standards.
Collaborate with team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Support daily and weekly production goals through proactive maintenance.
Utilize PLC software to modify programs, adjust drives, and program robots (level-dependent).
Manage complex PLC programming and project-based maintenance tasks.
Work with servo motors and communication protocols as required.
