Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, or a related field preferred.
• At least 7 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance, welding, fabrication, hydraulics, pneumatics, and equipment installation.
• Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience operating welding, fabrication, rigging, and precision alignment equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, P&IDs, blueprints, and manuals.
• CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, modify, and maintain industrial mechanical equipment.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of mechanical power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, and lubrication systems.
• Weld using MIG, TIG, Stick, and oxy-fuel for repair and fabrication.
• Fabricate replacement parts, guards, piping, platforms, and structural components.
• Install, align, rebuild, and commission new equipment and production lines.
• Perform precision shaft alignment using laser equipment.
• Assist RCFA to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, P&IDs, and manuals.
• Maintain safe work practices, housekeeping, and participate in planned outages.
