**Meaningful Work From Day One:** Provide general and preventive maintenance and repair of all production equipment, systems and facilities. Support new equipment and machinery installation, facilities upgrades / redesigns and give input on new equipment and facilities upgrades. Work ove time, including on-call weekend shifts, and across shifts as needed to support seamless operation.**What You Can Expect:**● Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems and manufacturing equipment such as motors, pumps, conveying systems, hydraulics and pneumatics. ● Leverage work order system to track maintenance of the operation in order to identify replacement timelines and manage workflow and productivity ● Resolve equipment issues by analyzing discrepancies, identifying repair parts and coordinating parts purchase(s) with the Maintenance Supervisor. ● Diagnose and repair electrical problems. ● Troubleshoot, identify and repair issues with electrical motor control systems. ● Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair automated packaging systems including conveyors, palletizers, de-palletizers, and labeling machines. ● Maintain and repair facilities systems, including compressed air, boiler and fire suppression ● Identify and repair issues within grain handling, mashing and distillation systems ● Provide preventive maintenance and problem resolution for barrel handling equipment as well as general maintenance for all air-handling units ● Partner with other members of the maintenance team to complete all repairs and project work on time and on budget ● Maintain a clean and organized spare parts supply area**What You Bring to the Table** ● Associates Degree or equivalent vocational training or work experience ● Demonstrated experience in both single and three-phase electrical systems ● Fluency in basic mechanical and electrical terms, equipment characteristics, and facilities maintenance terms ● Proficiency in reading technical drawings and diagrams ● Strong technical aptitude ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to manage through issue resolution. ● Able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, reach, balance, kneel, crouch, crawl, grasp and climb stairs/ladders.
