Job summary

Amcor LLC in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and repair maintenance on production machinery, ensuring continuous high-quality film production while upholding all safety standards.

You will operate as a multi-craft technician, addressing electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic tasks, reading schematics, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. This role requires on-call rotation and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electricity and electrical troubleshooting including single- and three-phase applications.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and NEC guidelines per NFPA 70.
• Working knowledge of all plant production equipment and ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLC programming: ControlLogix 5000, SLC 500, PLC 5.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair maintenance on production machinery to support continuous production.
• Work safely with PPE and follow all safety rules, policies, and work instructions.
• Act as a multi-craft technician focused on safety, quality, and production improvements.
• Assist in breakdowns and repairs including pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Install equipment and utilities required for equipment, including conduit bending and wire pulling.
• Support Plant Maintenance Manager with project work and training of teammates.
