• Able to perform apprentice electrical tasks (up to 110V) on project facilities and structures.
• Capable of operating and maintaining heavy equipment and small engines.

Responsibilities

• Performs multi-craft facility maintenance, repair, and in-house construction at journeyman level across plumbing, carpentry, painting, and welding.
• Performs apprentice-level electrical tasks (up to 110V) on project buildings, campgrounds and other facilities.
• Operates and repairs land-based heavy equipment (loaders, excavators, forklifts, tractors, dump trucks, semi-trailers) to support project maintenance and site operations.
• Maintains and repairs motorboats under 26 feet, trailers, mowers, pumps, generators, and other small engine equipment.
• Diagnoses mechanical malfunctions and performs preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and hydraulic systems to maintain readiness.
• Conducts regular inspections of facilities, equipment, utilities, and grounds; reports status and initiates repairs.
