Qualifications

• Experience performing multi-trade maintenance at journeyman level.
• Ability to operate and repair heavy equipment and small engines.
• Capable of electrical work up to 110V and basic wiring.
• Demonstrated preventive and corrective maintenance skills.
• Experience inspecting facilities and identifying safety hazards.

Responsibilities

• Perform journeyman-level maintenance, repair, and in-house construction across plumbing, carpentry, painting, and welding.
• Execute apprentice-level electrical tasks (up to 110V) on project buildings and facilities.
• Operate and repair land-based heavy equipment to support project maintenance and earthmoving.
• Inspect and repair motorboats and trailers, mowers, and small engines.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections and report status to leadership; initiate repairs as needed.
