Job summary

Grupo TCI in Germantown, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a hands-on, multi-craft team. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machines and plant equipment, perform facility maintenance, and support ongoing PM programs to keep operations moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of related experience (or more). You should read drawings, use hand and power tools safely, and be able to obtain forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and diverse maintenance skills.
• Ability to read drawings, OEM instructions, and specs.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel for documentation.
• Forklift certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues, replace parts, test repairs, and adjust as needed.
• Perform plumbing, carpentry, painting, masonry, HVAC, and janitorial tasks.
• Complete preventive maintenance and support PM programs to reduce downtime.
• Use hand and power tools safely across maintenance disciplines.
• Read drawings and OEM instructions to complete work accurately.
• Support plant layout changes and small fabrication projects.
