Job summary

Campbell Street seeks a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and carpentry systems across the facility. You will maintain buildings, grounds, and utilities while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, inventory control, and collaboration with the director to manage usage and stock levels. A valid driver's license is required and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 1-year experience in two or more building or mechanical crafts such as plumbing, electricity or engine mechanics.
• Two years’ experience in two or more building crafts such as plumbing, electrical wiring or steam preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical and carpentry repairs and control inventory of supplies, parts and tools.
• Protect facility assets by diagnosing and performing preventative maintenance on structures and equipment.
• Maintain and repair fixed equipment, including food service equipment.
• Assist in communicating, utilities, alarm systems, waste disposal and pest control.
• Adhere to safety plans, company policies, and regulatory standards.
