Job summary
Packaging Corporation of America, located at 4471 Steelway Blvd, Liverpool, NY 13090, is seeking an Electrical Industrial Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on experience, a technical degree is a plus, and US work
Qualifications
- 2+ years troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
- Technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades is a plus.
- 3-shift production schedule; shifts assigned by plant needs and seniority.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Experience in corrugated packaging or printing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns in a production environment.
- Work as part of a multicraft maintenance team; training provided.
- Position based at PCA Box Plant in Liverpool, NY.
