Job summary

Oracle North America Sales Engineering seeks an Oracle Data Platform Multicloud Architect to drive adoption of Oracle ExadataDB Multicloud across Azure, AWS, and GCP. The role spans pre-sale and post-sale advisory, including migrations of large database workloads to the cloud.

You will design cloud-native data platforms, provide guidance on Exadata deployments, and stay ahead of competitive offerings while collaborating with product teams to grow Oracle’s multicloud business in North America.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in solution architecture for Oracle Exadata deployments.
• Deep knowledge of cloud data platforms and data warehousing.
• Strong background in database migrations to cloud and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand data journeys and propose Oracle Exadata cloud solutions.
• Design cloud-native data platforms leveraging OCI services for advanced analytics.
• Provide thought leadership and best practices for data architecture and business outcomes.
• Conduct technical workshops to educate customers and partners on data platform capabilities.
• Provide detailed deployment guidance for Oracle ExaDB Multicloud including tenancy setup and networking configurations.
• Stay informed about competitors to position Oracle solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with product management and support to influence feature development.
