Job summary

Oracle Data Platform Multicloud Architect is a senior advisory and technical role within Oracle's North America Sales Engineering team. You will guide customers through migration, cloud adoption, and implementation of Oracle ExadataDB on Azure, AWS, and GCP, both pre-sale and post-sale.

Role requires extensive Exadata experience across on-prem, ExaCC, ExaCS, and Autonomous DB, with a focus on data warehousing, real-time analytics, and GenAI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• Extensive solution architecture and hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Exadata (on-prem, ExaCC, ExaCS, AutoDB).
• Deep knowledge of cloud data platforms, data warehousing, data lakes, and real-time analytics.
• 10+ years as an Oracle DBA/engineer with RMAN, Data Guard, Transportable Tablespaces, and data migration tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand data journeys: migration, integration, modernization.
• Design and architect cloud-native data platforms using OCI services (Exadata, AutoDB, GenAI).
• Provide best practices to optimize data architectures and business outcomes.
• Lead technical workshops to educate customers and partners about our data platform capabilities.
