Job summary

Zito Media is seeking a motivated marketing/communications professional to support creation and delivery of marketing ideas and materials. 8-5, M-F with occasional weekends for outdoor events and some travel.

You will collaborate with internal and external teams, manage social campaigns, update websites, craft blogs and newsletters, and assist with PR initiatives. A degree in business or communications and hands-on marketing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and delivering marketing materials.
• Ability to coordinate internal and outsourced resources to produce materials.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efforts of internal and outsourced resources to create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials.
• Ensure messages are aligned with marketing strategies and brand voice.
• Supervise social media outreach and email campaigns.
• Coordinate print materials and support for SEO and digital marketing efforts.
• Assist in selecting outsourced marketing resources and supporting materials.
