You will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, inventory alignment, and timely delivery across channels.

The role emphasizes customer-centric operations, process improvement, and collaboration with KAMs, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to sustain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years in customer service, sales, animal health or related field.
• Associate's degree with 4+ years in customer service or related field.
• High school diploma with 6+ years in customer service or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Poultry, Swine, and Veterinary Public Health accounts and distributors.
• Liaise between customers, distributors, and cross-functional teams to align requirements and fulfillment priorities.
• Own end-to-end order management: placement, EDI, monitoring, exception resolution, and customer communication.
• Coordinate with warehouse/distribution for inventory availability and on-time delivery.
• Resolve complex operational issues while supporting business objectives and service commitments.
• Prepare clear, professional written communications tailored to audience needs.
