Qualifications

• Bachelor's and two-plus years of customer service, sales, animal health or related experience required
• Associate’s degree and four-plus years of customer service, sales, animal health or related experience required
• High school diploma and six-plus (6+) years of customer service, sales, animal health or related experience required
• Must be detail oriented and fluent in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and oral communication skills required and be a solid team player
• Innovative, creative and demonstrated expertise for excellence in customer experience
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead changes across an organization
• Expert at solving complex and/or sensitive situations
• Excellent organizational, analytical, judgment and interpersonal skills
• Strong Conflict management skills
• Ability to be agile and provide direction in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for assigned Poultry and Swine customers and distributors, and Veterinary Public Health accounts
• Liaise between customers, distributors and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on requirements and fulfillment priorities
• Own end-to-end order management including placement, EDI, monitoring, resolution and communication
• Collaborate with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure inventory availability and on-time delivery
• Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams for product availability and business alignment
• Resolve complex operational challenges while supporting business objectives
• Create written documents with clear verbiage tailored to the audience
• Manage communications to prevent conflicts and maintain professional relationships
• Drive department change processes and define critical success factors
• Explore advancement opportunities to improve service and productivity
