CMC Recruiting is seeking a seasoned Videographer & A/V Specialist in Charlotte, NC. You will plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for live and recorded sessions, collaborating with the marketing team to create assets across campaigns and social channels.

You’ll operate multi-camera systems, provide A/V support, and contribute creative ideas to video strategies in a fast-paced environment with real-time content delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven videography experience in a full-time professional setting.
• Experience with video editing software is required.
• Ability to manage and operate multi-camera setups.
• Strong understanding of A/V technology and live production workflows.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
• Must be local or willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC.
• Competitive salary: $70K - $80K per year, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit videos for live and recorded sessions, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with the brand's goals.
• Live Content Creation: Mix live sessions and leave the studio with polished, finalized products.
• Multi-Camera Setup: Operate and manage multi-camera systems for various productions.
• A/V Technical Support: Handle all audio/video technology needs and collaborate with the in-house audio engineer for seamless production.
• Creative Marketing Assets: Support the marketing team by creating engaging video content for campaigns, social media, and other channels.
• Collaborative Strategy: Contribute creative ideas to enhance video strategies (strategy work is a plus, but not mandatory)
