Job summary

You'll manage social media scheduling, collaborate with internal teams, and help with campaign execution, surveys, testimonials, and content organization. Proficiency with email platforms and AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage newsletters, announcements, recurring email campaigns, and other communications.
• Coordinate social media scheduling and publishing across multiple brands and platforms.
• Assist with campaign execution, including surveys, testimonial collection, content organization, and creative project coordination.
• Help maintain communications calendars and collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure timely, accurate communications.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to support content drafting, organization, and workflow efficiency.
• Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure communications are accurate, professional, and aligned with brand standards.
