The role drives operational excellence, policy compliance, and market growth through proactive mentoring and hands-on development of crew and leadership staff. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least 3 years of multi-unit experience in restaurant or retail environments to ensure effective store

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years multi-unit experience in restaurant/retail.
• Experience ensuring operational effectiveness for multi-unit operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct coaching and mentoring of GMs, AMs and crew.
• Plan on-the-job coaching objectives before each store visit using planning tools.
• Provide on-the-job coaching on key operations and management skills.
• Conduct Annual Performance Appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop professional development and career mentoring for GMs and AMs.
• Achieve Operational Excellence in all stores and enforce company policies.
• Identify gaps and develop formal action plans to resolve them.
• Coordinate field resources (Field Trainer, HR, Operations Evaluator) as needed.
• Review financials and present weekly updates with Market Leaders and area GMs.
