Multi-Unit Spa Director – Manhattan & Brooklyn

Seeking a strategic, results-driven Spa Director to oversee multiple luxury locations, elevate guest wellness, and lead high-performing teams. Ideal candidates have 3-4+ years of spa management experience, a strong sales mindset, and a passion for creating exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily spa operations across multiple locations, ensuring top-tier customer service and seamless guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans, including marketing initiatives, events, and revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor spa staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial goals, and inventory management to drive profitability.
