Job summary

PS Salon & Spa is seeking a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a Salon Manager, within our partnered Senior Living Communities!

The position is Part-Time, 6-7 hours daily and not to exceed 30 hours weekly, with a Wednesday through Saturday schedule. Compensation includes 52% commission, potential annual review of commission rate, bonus plan, supplemental insurance, and flexible coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Cosmetology license in the operating state.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and support a team while meeting production goals.
• Flexible availability to match business needs.

Responsibilities
