Job summary

Circle K is seeking a store manager to lead daily operations in Aliquippa, PA. You will drive sales, ensure product availability, and maintain an appealing store image while managing costs and staff.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in retail with 2+ years in supervision, strong leadership and customer service skills, and proficiency with MS Office. A valid driver’s license is required to operate company vehicles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of retail business experience with at least 2 years in management.
• Strong leadership, communication, self-motivation and customer service orientation; English proficiency.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes store sales through customer service, product availability, merchandising and store image inside and out.
• Provides information to store management by recapping promotional activity and reporting trends.
• Manages costs by educating managers on procedures for controlling merchandise variation, salaries, overtime, and expenses.
• Collaborates with marketing to implement promotions and new product introductions.
• Partners with vendors to ensure product availability and timely promotions.
• Ensures store operations are profitable by managing cash, salaries, and other controllable expense lines.
• Maintains compliance with policies, procedures and regulations, including safety and non-discrimination.
• Provides leadership and direction to store managers, including recruitment, training, and performance coaching.
