Qualifications

• 3 years experience in facility maintenance.
• Technical School Graduate or Degree required.
• HVAC/R, Kitchen Equipment, Ice Machines, and Basic Maintenance Skills, plus basic computer skills.
• Commercial; Light Commercial; Refrigeration (Walk in Coolers, Freezers); Restaurant Kitchen Equipment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and able to climb ladders.
