Job summary

Charter Foods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to perform year-round preventative maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and HVAC/R across its restaurants.

This role requires hands-on skills with refrigeration, ice machines, and restaurant kitchen equipment, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders. A technical school diploma or degree is preferred, with at least 3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 years minimum in facility maintenance or related field.
• Minimum Education: Technical School Graduate or Degree.
• HVAC/R, Kitchen Equipment, Ice Machines, and basic maintenance skills; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and HVAC/R in restaurants.
• Ensure safety and reliability of equipment across locations.
• Assist with equipment installations and basic troubleshooting.
