Qualifications

• 3 years experience in HVAC/R or kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Technical school diploma or degree required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and HVAC/R in restaurants.
• Troubleshoot and fix mechanical/electrical issues as they arise.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area and document activities.
