Love’s Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple areas, drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, manage processes, and implement strategies to grow sales and meet goals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing budgets, P&L, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations up to and potentially including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through cleanliness and maintenance checks.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule and cash integrity, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements and capitalizing on opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
