As a Sonic Multi-Unit Leader, you will manage the operations of all General Managers and employees across multiple SONIC drive-ins. Your responsibilities include training and supporting staff to ensure the delivery of quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment, providing guests with an enjoyable experience. Key duties include:
Additional requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred studies in business or restaurant management, and a minimum of three years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR. Multi-unit supervision experience is a plus. The role requires working at least five days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should have knowledge of recruiting, labor laws, health and sanitation regulations, leadership skills, communication skills, basic accounting, and computer skills. The ability to work independently, multitask, and resolve problems effectively is essential.
