SONIC Multi-Unit Leader

As a Sonic Multi-Unit Leader, you will manage the operations of all General Managers and employees within multiple SONIC drive-ins. Your responsibilities include training and supporting employees to ensure quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment, providing guests with an enjoyable experience at Sonic. Key duties include:
- Managing, training, and coaching General Managers and employees, including conducting management orientation.
- Directing and assigning employees to meet operational standards.
- Overseeing employees and management in performing duties across various stations (e.g., Fountain & Frozen, Dresser, Front Swamp, Back Swamp, Grill, Switchboard, Expeditor, Food Prep, Carhop, Skating Carhop, Drive-Thru) as needed, ensuring food quality, presentation, and service standards are met.
- Ensuring compliance with the employee handbook, policies, and practices.
- Addressing employee issues and policy violations promptly, reporting all concerns to the supervisor.
- Reviewing work schedules to ensure proper staffing and service levels.
- Monitoring cost control procedures related to food, labor, and inventory, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Monitoring vendor performance and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Auditing employment and payroll records.
- Reinforcing guest-first service philosophy.
- Responding to guest requests and complaints respectfully and promptly.
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring management team members.
- Approving employee and management compensation within company guidelines.
- Preparing operational reports and developing action plans to address financial and sales trends.
- Developing and implementing regional marketing plans.
Additional Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred.
- Minimum three years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR.
- Experience in multi-unit supervision is preferred.
- Ability to work at least 5 days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and labor laws.
- Leadership, communication, and supervisory skills.
- Basic accounting and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and solve problems effectively.
- Adherence to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards.
