Qualifications

• Experience: 3 years in facility maintenance or related role.
• Technical School graduate or degree required.
• HVAC/R, kitchen equipment, ice machines, and basic maintenance skills required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment and HVAC/R in restaurants.
• Inspect and service walk-in coolers and freezers, ice machines, and related refrigeration equipment.
• Operate and document maintenance activities using basic computer systems.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance within restaurant facilities.
