Qualifications

• Experience in preventative maintenance and repair of restaurant equipment.
• Experience with HVAC/R systems including walk-in coolers/freezers and basic controls.
• Strong troubleshooting and basic computer skills for maintenance logs.

• Perform year-round preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment and HVAC/R in our restaurants.
• Repair and diagnose equipment failures to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
