Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a people-driven General Manager in Los Angeles to lead multiple revenue streams across a premier hospitality group, shaping guest experiences and culture.

You will mentor high-performing teams, partner with culinary and beverage leaders, and drive operational excellence with strong financial oversight.

Candidates should have 6+ years in full-service, high-volume restaurant management and 2+ years in multi-unit leadership, plus proficiency with POS and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of restaurant management experience in full-service, high-volume settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational excellence, service standards, and staff culture across multiple venues.
• Provide strong floor presence—particularly within the primary flagship restaurant to ensure outstanding guest experiences
• Mentor and develop management and hourly teams, fostering growth, accountability, and succession planning
• Collaborate closely with culinary and beverage leaders to align service and hospitality execution
• Build, refine, and maintain systems, processes, and SOPs to support organizational growth and guest satisfaction
• Analyze financial performance, operational trends, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and sustainability
